  I can't rate their work because they did not set up a time or quote me a price.  When I initially reached out they called me in a couple days.  Unfortunately I can't talk during the day because I'm at work, which is the reason I need a cleaner, and they close at 5.  I texted I was available after 6 and didn't hear back.  Sent another message and a couple days later they called and asked a bunch of questions for quote and said they'd call back later that day or next day.  Didn't hear back.  2 stars because the girl I spoke with was nice, but apparently they don't need the business.

  SnapMaids - I can not say enough positive things about the service they provided. The way this company is organized is fantastic. From the first phone call with Jasmine, to when they walked out the door after cleaning our entire house, they provided top notch, professional service. The technicians that came were meticulous, paid attention to detail and got every nook and cranny of the house. You get what they promise - plus. Our family was super impressed that the owner, Richard, came out an personally did a walk through and checked to make sure nothing was missed. Great Communication about the services, updates so you have exact arrival time, fees are straight forward, updated scheduling and payment options... again, thoroughly impressed.
