Professional organizing, cleaning mini-blinds, hauling/trash removal, hoarder services, biohazard cleaning or cleaning of infested homes are specialized areas that require specific expertise. We recommend seeking specialist providers to handle these tasks with the care they require.

Cleaning electronic screens, the insides of curio or china cabinets, and exterior cleaning should also be entrusted to a specialist to ensure safe handling.

For safety reasons, we restrict our services to tasks within an 8 ft. reach. Cleaning tasks above this height, like chandelier cleaning, should be left to equipped professionals.

We clean around your furniture and appliances without moving them, to ensure their safety.

For example, if you have a regular cleaning appointment on a Monday, please let us know by end-of-day on the preceding Thursday if you need to reschedule.

Important: Any schedule changes apply only to the specific date identified in the form and will not impact your recurring schedule. For instance, if you're a bi-weekly client and want to reschedule a single cleaning to the following week, this results in two sequential visits to retain your recurring slot in our schedule.

Skipping a visit? We're committed to our Fair-Pricing Promise, providing you with consistent rates for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services. Rest assured, we'll always communicate any rate adjustments with clarity and understanding.

To ensure we can serve all our clients efficiently, kindly give us a heads up if you need to make any changes. Service cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 business hours' notice will require a compensatory fee equal to 50% of the booking total.

  4. Appliance and Window Cleaning:
    Upon request, we offer cleaning services for the interiors of your ovens and refrigerators, as well as interior window and window track cleaning. Additionally, we provide hand washing for all types of blinds (excluding mini blinds). These services can be added for an additional cost.

Life can be unpredictable, and you may need to change or skip your regular appointment at times. In such cases, please note that the cost of your next visit will be adjusted based on the time elapsed between visits.

Late Payments: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we're here to work with you. However, if a payment is not received by the due date, a late fee may be applied. If a payment is still not received after seven days, we may need to temporarily suspend your service until the balance is settled.

Negligent Damage: If, on the rare occasion, an item is damaged clearly due to an oversight by a SnapMaids professional, we'll make it right. We'll aim to replace or repair the item when possible or compensate for the cost of the damaged item up to $200.00, given that the item's value can be verified.

For cluttered areas in your home, we reserve the right to skip these areas to prevent any damage to items or potential harm to our cleaning professionals.

Should there be an incident of breakage or damage, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible by calling us at 234-271-2213. Prompt reporting, within seven days of the incident, allows us to resolve the issue swiftly. Please save the damaged item for our inspection.

In the event that our cleaning technicians encounter conditions that compromise their safety or prevent them from performing their work effectively, we reserve the right to discontinue service. In such situations, the full service fee would be due.

Surfaces such as hardwood floors and natural stone should be in good condition and ready to clean without causing harm to the surfaces when using a neutral pH cleaner. SnapMaids utilizes non-toxic, eco-friendly products that are not only effective in cleaning but also gentle on surfaces, ensuring your home stays both clean and safe.

While we're skilled at handling a variety of cleaning products and tools, we want to ensure your utmost satisfaction and the safety of both our clients and cleaning professionals. We clean without the use of bleach; however, please understand that, in the event you provide the cleaning products, SnapMaids cannot be held liable for any damage caused by them. Moreover, for the safety of our team and to prevent adverse health effects, we reserve the right to refuse the use of any product that has proven negative health impacts.

  1. If there are other service providers working in your space at the same time as us, we can't be responsible for the mess they might leave behind. Our crew does a stellar job, but dust, footprints, and other signs of work can sneak in after we're done. 
  2. It's super important that you let us know if there are going to be other people working in your space when we're scheduled to clean. It helps us plan and keeps everything smooth sailing!
  3. If there's other work going on during our cleaning, our usual 100% Happiness Guarantee can't apply. We just can't guarantee a perfect finish if there's more work being done after we leave. It's a bit like cooking a gourmet meal in the middle of a food fight!
  4. If the presence of other teams complicates our job or delays our work, we retain the right to adjust our schedule or charges. Don’t worry, we’ll send you written updates if this happens!

Power or Utilities Outage: In the rare event of a power or utilities outage during your scheduled cleaning service, our technicians will take all necessary precautions to ensure their safety and the security of your home. They will inform the office immediately, and if needed, the service may need to be rescheduled. Rest assured, we'll work closely with you to find the best solution and minimize any inconvenience. In the event that the service cannot be completed due to the outage, you will not be responsible for the full service rate.

Technician Safety: Our technicians' well-being is of utmost importance to us. If at any point during the cleaning service, one of our technicians feels unsafe due to any reason, they will immediately halt the work and notify the office. We will address the situation promptly and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the safety of our team members while still providing you with exceptional service. However, if the unsafe environment is caused by the client or the client's pets, and the service cannot be completed, the client will be responsible for the full service rate.

Aggressive Pet Handling: We love pets, but we understand that some pets may feel uncomfortable or anxious during a cleaning session. If one of our technicians encounters an aggressive or stressed pet, they will prioritize their safety and halt the service if necessary. Our team will then consult with you to discuss the best course of action, which may include rescheduling the cleaning or finding a solution that ensures a safe environment for both our technicians and your beloved pet. However, if the aggressive behavior of the pet creates an unsafe environment and the service cannot be completed, the client will be responsible for the full service rate.

  3. Maintain a Comfortable Environment: Please make sure the temperature in the home is comfortable for working conditions. Cleaning is a physically demanding job, and a reasonable temperature helps our team perform at their best.
  4. Trash Removal: Trash removal is outside of our scope of work, and we kindly request that any garbage or waste be disposed of before our arrival. This way, we can focus on what we do best - delivering a deep, thorough clean.

To make our cleaning services as efficient as possible, we ask for a free parking spot within a 2-minute walk from your home. This simple step can streamline our services and help us serve you better.

If free parking is not available and we incur parking fees, these will be added to your invoice.

If parking is not available to the cleaners, and we are unable to reach you, your appointment will be canceled and/or rescheduled. In the event that this happens, a 75% compensatory measure will be applied.
