1) Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, texting or calling our numbers, submitting a form, or booking a service with Snap Maids LLC (“Snap Maids”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

2) Services & Estimates

We provide residential cleaning and related services. Quotes/estimates are based on information you provide and are not final until we confirm scope after a walkthrough (virtual or in-home). Time, condition, and add-ons may adjust the final price.

3) Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • You must be at least 18 and authorized to grant home access.
  • Please provide safe entry (codes, alarms, pets).
  • Reschedule/Cancellation: Give 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or lockouts may incur a fee.
  • If we arrive and the home is unsafe/inaccessible, we may refuse service and charge the applicable fee.

4) Access, Safety & Preparation

Secure pets, put away valuables/personal items, and disclose hazards (broken fixtures, biohazards, etc.). For safety, we don’t move heavy furniture or climb higher than a standard step stool unless agreed in writing.

5) Pricing, Payment & Deposits

  • Prices may vary based on condition, time on site, and requested add-ons.
  • Deposits (if required) are applied to your first visit and are non-refundable if you cancel late.
  • Payment is due at booking or completion (as stated on your invoice). Past-due balances may incur late fees.

6) Recurring Plans (Subscription/Membership)

If you enroll in a subscription/membership plan (weekly, biweekly, or every 4 weeks): you authorize recurring billing; skipped visits or significant condition changes may adjust pricing; you may cancel with 30 days’ notice; perks/benefits may change with notice.

8) Satisfaction Policy

If something was missed, email support@getsnapmaids.com within 24 hours with photos. We’ll re-clean the affected area or provide a fair remedy at our discretion.

9) Damage & Liability

We carry appropriate insurance. Report alleged damage within 24 hours with photos. We are not responsible for pre-existing wear, unstable items, or damage from undisclosed hazards or improper surfaces/products.

10) Photos & Testimonials

With your consent, we may take before/after photos for quality control and marketing. Withdraw consent anytime by emailing support@getsnapmaids.com.

11) Messaging Terms (SMS)

By submitting a form with SMS consent or providing verbal consent, you agree to receive texts from Snap Maids about quotes, scheduling, updates, surveys, and limited promotions. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Opt-out: Reply STOP. Help: Reply HELP or contact support@getsnapmaids.com, (234) 271-2213. We do not use public URL shorteners in messages. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.

12) Promotions, Credits & Referral Rewards

Promotions are limited-time, subject to change, and cannot be combined unless stated. Credits/rewards post after qualifying service is completed and have no cash value.

13) Website Use

Site content is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update content at any time. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content or policies.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The Effective date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law.
