• I authorize all individuals, schools, companies, and businesses listed in this application or other related documents or interviews (except my current employer, if I have indicated so) to provide accurate information about their relationship with me to Snap Maids.
• I release those individuals, schools, companies, and businesses, as well as Snap Maids, from any liability for damages arising from providing or requesting such information.
• I certify that all information provided throughout the application process, including resumes and interviews, is true and correct.
• I understand that any falsification or omission may result in Snap Maids refusing to hire me or terminating my employment at any time.
